Every Music City Closet project begins with a free in-home visit. Our designer comes to your home and walks through the space with you — measuring, listening, and asking the questions you didn't know to ask.
Bring any reference images you've saved. Tell us what frustrates you about the space right now. Tell us how you get dressed in the morning, how you store things, what your wardrobe is actually like. The design comes from that conversation — not from a catalog.

We use the measurements and notes from your consultation to produce a full custom design — every shelf position, every drawer, every hang zone, every interior fitting. The design is built around what you actually own and how you actually use the space.
We'll present the design to you digitally and walk through every element. You'll see exactly how your finished space will be laid out before anything is ordered or built. We refine until you're completely satisfied — no pressure, no rushed sign-offs.
Material and finish samples can be brought to your home so you can see exactly how they look in your own light before confirming.

Our installation team arrives on the scheduled day, protects your floors and walls, and gets to work. Most closet installations are complete in a single day. Larger multi-room projects or garage systems may take two days.
Every panel is leveled. Every shelf is adjusted. Every drawer is aligned and tested. We don't consider an installation complete until every element is functioning exactly as designed.
Before we leave, we walk the space with you. If anything needs adjustment — a shelf position, a hang rod height, anything — we take care of it before the job is closed.
